New Force In Town
A bold new player has entered the rural real estate ring with the official launch of FarmWorks Property at the company's East Perth headquarters last Friday.
FarmWorks director and chief financial officer Ross Withers said the company was happy to be associated with people of the calibre of Darren Tapscott and Kevin Manuel, who would head up the new property division.
"Together with their team, they have already achieved a large number of listings and we are look forward to a great relationship and a successful association with them," Mr Withers said.
FarmWorks Property general manager Darren Tapscott said he was looking to capture a strong niche market and would offer an alternative in the marketplace.
"We are ecstatic to be associated with FarmWorks," Mr Tapscott said.
"This is a new venture and we are looking forward to providing dedicated back office and ground support to staff."
Mr Tapscott welcomed new sales representatives Bruce Davidson and Clive Walton on board and also Kathy Bunyan as office manager to the FarmWorks Property team.
FarmWorks has been in operation since 2001 and has a strong national presence in finance, livestock, rural merchandise and agronomy services with an insurance division also on the drawing board.
