INDEPENDENCE AT ITS BEST
Gary, Nicole and Lauren Ilich of Kondinin , joined FarmWorks Australia earlier this year as an independent rural retailer. In Summarising his first season as an independent Gary stated; 'It could not have been any easier. Its great having come from a corporate background, to finally be my own boss (when Nicole lets me). Now I only have to make decisions based on what's best for me and my clients.'

Along with Gary and Nicole's hardware business, they are now able to offer clients the full farming package, including finance, farm chemicals, fertiliser, agronomy, livestock and a full range of animal health and general merchandise products.
"We have been in Kondinin for several years now and being able to put back into our local community, is very important for us. Having the family involved is so refreshing and we have more time to spend with each other. The support and friendship we get from FarmWorks is fantastic they are at our fingertips if need be. We can now make our own decisions with no complications," stated Nicole.
